Exam Eligibility is Given below:
- You must havea B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council recognized institute or university OR a B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute or university.
- You must beregistered as a Nurse and Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council.
OR
- You must havea Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council recognized institute or board. (GNM Degree Holders Can Apply)
- You must beregistered as a Nurse and Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council.
- You must haveat least 2 years of experience in a hospital with a minimum of 50 beds after completing your nursing qualification.

AIIMS NORCET 10 Exam Pattern
The NORCET exam pattern consists of two stages: Prelims and Mains.
NORCET 10 Prelims Exam Pattern
AIIMS NORCET 10 Prelims Exam Pattern Including – Nursing subjects, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Mathematics, and Basic English. The Prelims exam comprises 100 multiple-choice questions, divided into 5 sections of 20 questions each. The total marks allocated are 100, and the exam duration is 18 minutes per section, totaling 90 minutes. For every correct answer, 1 mark is awarded, while 1/3rd marks are deducted for each incorrect response.
NORCET 10 Mains Exam Pattern
AIIMS NORCET mains exam features 160 multiple-choice questions, also divided into 5 sections as Prelims Exam. But the total marks are 160, and the exam duration is 180 minutes. Similar to the Prelims exam, the Mains exam also follows the same marking scheme, with 1 mark awarded for each correct answer and 1/3rd marks deducted for each incorrect response. The question paper is in English for both exams.
